Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- I don't see the costs involved, so cannot speak to the investment portion. The return... The platform is very helpful in cutting down 'churn' in communication. Instead of hearing the same questions over and over, details are documented in a relatively easy to find and easy to communicate method, which helps with productivity and efficiency.
Most of my peers use monday.com as a collaboration tool, a method of planning and sharing status with one another. I, additionally, use it to manage my own 'to do' list, using methods similar to what was outlined in the 'getting things done' book. It is easy to use, flexible, and has some nice integrations with other tools and systems.
- Kanban boards.
- Gantt charting.
- Collaboration.
- Kanban view has less functionality than other views.
- Sharing information with non-monday.com users could be easier.
Very dependable. Never seen it down.
