Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com is being used across our business for weekly/monthly admin tasks and project work. The Director and Manager meet regularly; he sets targets for the business over the long term and the Manager sets out the tasks on monday.com and assigns them to us. I believe that big groups such as colleges and dive centre groups are being managed on monday.com too but my sales are not, as I do couples and small groups which I manage on our inhouse system.
  • I have weekly tasks which monday.com sets for me automatically each week.
  • I don't have to write lists anymore on scraps of paper to remind me.
  • If the Director or Manager wants me to do something the task appears on my list with instructions so I don't have to call around.
  • I and the management team can quantitively see what work I am doing.
  • I would like my monthly task to be set on a specific day of the month so that I could choose as I don't like it being on the 1st as if it is a Sunday it reminds me of that task.
  • I would like it if it sent a email at the end of the week with some stats on tasks completed that working week.
For what I use it for it is absolutely fine and really user friendly. I can navigate the system no problems. However, my manager sets up time bound tasks so I don't know how that works but she never has complained about it so I assume she is happy with it.
I haven't used the customer services area, any problems I raise to my manager but everything I have ever queried - which has not been much! - has been answered in a quick and effective manner.
I have never, ever had a problem with monday.com not performing or not working in the manner that I need it to. All of my reminders are sent at the correct time. I get an awful lot of emails which can be a tad frustrating but work is never missed, I don't have bits of paper everywhere anymore and it is a great tool to have now.

From a management/strategic point of view it is good for planning out tasks for employees the month/year ahead.
Clearly defined tasks to do so staff is not scratching around.
Any adhoc tasks can be added instantly with clear instruction, instead of confused long calls.
