Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • monday.com has allowed our team to save a lot of time on handing over tasks and also on organizing more efficiently.
  • monday.com facilitates the setup on project boards which made it extremely easy to work on projects.
  • monday.com has allowed us to be more efficient and interdepartmental coordination.
We use monday.com primarily in our team in order to track tasks and monitor progress being made. Apart from this, we also use it interdepartmentally in order to coordinate and align near-future projects. I consider that monday.com helped us solve our coordination problems and enabled us to be more effective when it comes to assign the workload across our team and also to keep track of projects.

  • Flexible and easy to configure in a way that best fits current needs.
  • Automations that facilitate and simplify workflows.
  • Automations still can be expanded on.
  • Filters and searching can be improved.
  • Dashboards can become overwhelming for more complex processes.
monday.com has a really intuitive and easy to use interface which does not require a lot of effort when onboarding new users. It is also easy to add new elements, dashboards and workspaces. Based on our experience with monday.com we have seen that all our users have been able to start working on monday.com after a very short onboarding time.
I have not used the customer support from Monday.com until now. Considering my experience with the rest of their product I have no doubt that their quality is of high service but I have no personal experience with it. If I ever use their customer support I will update this review.
monday.com has been extremely reliable for us. We have not experienced any significant downtime since we started using it and also we did not have any problems when it comes to the reliability of its features.

monday.com is especially well suited for tracking workload and task progress; it's very useful when coordinating tasks within a small team. monday.com allows us to work extremely efficiently in our team on the daily tasks.
monday.com is also very well suited on coordinating between multiple teams in the organization and making sure that stakeholders are always kept up to date.
monday.com is less appropriate when it comes to tracking tasks that are complex and require a lot of information and a lot of documentation.
