Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use monday.com throughout the whole organization. I use it to communicate with and update my team members about project statuses, while my manager uses it to delegate projects. Now that we're remote, it's been helpful in keeping us organized and on track of deadlines despite being apart, as well as help us navigate any rapid changes in work goals.

Is easy to use, visually pleasing, and flexible depending on our organizational needs.

I think sometimes there are bugs in which the status doesn't change as they should.
Sometimes new tasks don't get uploaded instantly.

Usability

monday.com was a bit overwhelming when I first started to use it because visually it's so full of features. Once I got the hang of it during my daily work, it was easy to use and pretty much second-nature. I know my manager plays around with the automated features of monday.com to create new boards to better organize different projects.

Support Rating

I've never personally used the customer support feature but I'm sure it's good!

Reliability & Availability

monday.com is generally smooth, fast, and easy to use. The information contained is updated in real time and I've never had any trouble with things moving somewhere else where I can't find them.

monday.com is definitely useful for remote teams or organizations with a lot of moving parts. We use it to organize large-scale, long-term projects that involve teams across the organization, and without monday.com it would be difficult to have one place where we can see the big picture. monday.com may not be as useful for teams whose tasks are more self-driven and self-contained.
