The support team is friendly and appear to be genuinely interested in what you are trying to get the software to achieve. The team is patient and works with you to find solutions. The team has a good understanding of their software as well as business processes. The response time is very good.

We have never experience[d] downtime. We have never had the software crash and we have confidence that the site will always be available when we need it. The site is not slow and works well for us. The software is always being developed to add more features based on user requests.

Very good for workflow management, keeping track of which employee needs to attend to a task, and when. It is great that you can add a Time Tracking column with a play/pause button to easily keep track of how much time has been spent on a particular task. Applying filters to a board makes it easy to narrow down to the information that is important to a particular user.
