We use monday.com across the business as a core OS for both sales tracking and global logistics.
  • Visualization - We are able to see views of areas in a snap, with project and order status available to everyone immediately.
  • Collaboration - Global team has access to comment on tasks, with audit history downloadable to Excel.
  • Automation - keeping our teams and customer informed using automations saves hours of manual emails and phone calls to departments.
  • Page response time for boards with many items

Monday truly is easy to set up - it has step by step workflows that allow you to automate button clicks and notifications based on pre-defined criteria, and combining them gives you really smart actions to cascade information throughout the business.
We don't often need to use support, but I don't rate its availability now. It used to be amazing, call backs in 5 minutes, but now there is a wait time of 24-48 hours for an email response, and in my opinion, the initial support responses, despite being allowed permission to view the board, don't take into consideration the request, or any background checking before reaching out to ask for a screen recording. My support requests are always highly detailed, and I feel that phone support goes a long way to solving a problem there and then. Often it is problems with automations failing for no obvious reason, so a pretty immediate fix is required and an email in the early hours when not at the desktop isn't appropriate.
Overall, the system works well. We have many uses both internal and external, and all get in with no issue. Occasionally the automations will fail, but that only affects the speed in which things happen and the job still gets done regardless.

For overall project management [it] is great, specifically when there are specific tasks for specific people or departments with easily pigeonholed data types. For situations where a lot of explanation is required, it may not be the best solution, such as production run sheets.
