Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Our whole agency uses it to keep each other informed in one space on status and updates to community file information.

  • Updates to integrations on boards
  • Easy to use interface
  • Some missing functionality - nothing massive just ways to make our board more intuitive as we learn more about what it is we need.
  • I can't answer this question because I do not see the numbers, but the impact it has on my job alone would be worth its weight in gold, so to speak.
We don't use too many integrations yet. I'm working on teaching the team those capabilities.
Because I can't give a higher rating, the customer support is top-notch at monday.com. I have never seen such an amazing team.
It would take me twice as long to do my job without this platform.

monday.com boards are easy to use and keep my team organized. When I'm stuck, there is always a great team of humans behind the product to help you thru the bottleneck. It's a brilliant system, and our team has not had the opportunity to tap into a fraction of the potential it holds. Every week I learn something new, and I really enjoy that feature.

monday.com & Collaboration

As an International organization with different fields Monday allows us to cross share and track community and team information.
Its a space where we can share project information and ensure we are not duplicating services.
It also allows us to have a space that has the most up to date and relevant communications, so that if someone new steps into a role they can easily pick up and be up to speed on where the last person left off.
10 as in my previous review.
Cross user interface for specific projects is simple and easy, creating boards as projects arise to ensure proper pathways are being followed is very easy with Monday.com.
Onboarding new employees to the process is also quick and effective.
The possibilities are limitless within this software.
It is evident Monday.com is always striving to be better and grow with its customers.

To have someone walk you thru the features and capabilities of Monday.com is priceless.
Someone also coming along later in the contract to see if you are maximizing the program to suit your company needs is beyond helpful.
The staff that have provided this training are fun, creative and very patient.

We have not had to purchase premium support, our issues or questions are resolved quickly with the help center.
Any extra training we have requested has been accommodated by our account manager and we have not had the need to upgrade to that level of support.
Nor do I feel we would need to in the future because the team is quite good at what they do already.
Anytime we have needed extra support we have been met with over the top customer service, from extra team training to questions developing the framework for our boards.
The Monday.com team has always been exceptional in this realm and there is no one specific experience that speaks more than the overall impression we have of this company, and that is their support is the best out there.

Yes - I prefer to use it on my computer, but in a pinch if I am on the road traveling I can jump in and find what I need or see what my team is doing.
We also use it to brainstorm as a live document so its helpful to have everything we need in one space that can be viewed easily on your phone.
