Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com as a task management system. We have multiple boards and groups for specific jobs and tasks in the workplace. We are very strict about using the time tracking feature in order to base our pricing for clients. It allows us to keep track of how long each task, small or large, takes and what part of the process we are working on.

Cons

  • Integration is sometimes hard to use because they don't allow super specific things, but they do have a lot of options that work for our team!
  • I personally don't love how the tasks are super long and don't show everything on the screen. It makes you scroll horizontally to see all of the different tabs.
  • A much easier setup of project management boards for the entire team. We have specific boards for every person's job, and inside has every client with the tasks needed to be done.
  • Employees are easy to pick up on the software when they join the team.
I gave it this rating because it is super easy to use and figure out when first logging on to use monday.com. I joined this company a little over a year ago and began using it the first day and never have had any questions about it because it was just genuinely so easy to pick up and work on.
The overall performance of monday.com is amazing. I've never used a task management system as reliable and quick as this one.

We use the time tracking feature on each task and project to figure out how long our work takes and base our prices accordingly off of that when proposing to clients.
