Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use Monday to manage all of our projects at the company, problem solve, and also get all of our information to our employees. Mainly, the problem we are solving is being able to manage all of our projects and work together on projects through Monday. We also host [the] surveys we send to clients on Monday as well.

Pros

  • The survey use is incredible! We can manage all of our customer responses through Monday.
  • It can do everything-- Monday integrates with literally every part of our business so it is incredibly helpful to have all of our information flow through the same source.
  • Project Management! You can have people on teams and in groups all working on one project-- you know exactly what needs to be done next and can monitor everyone's progress. Built-in accountability!

Cons

  • There's so much you can do, it's hard to know where to start-- it would be nice to have a consultant help build out what we need and teach us how to utilize it.
  • It can sometimes feel a little clunky on the website-- wish it was a little more user-friendly.
  • Time-saving-- we can get information out quickly to all employees and also work through Monday vs. having meetings.
  • Project Management boards have been a game changer. We have gotten so much more accomplished in our business. Where we used to just talk about it, now we are implementing it.
  • Creative processes-- we empower employees to take ownership of their own boards and use it for idea generation and creation.
It's very hard to know how to integrate Monday... there's so much you can do with Monday, it would be nice to have a consultant that leads teams through what they need and how to utilize it.
They've answered most of my questions, but I haven't reached out too many times.
Monday is extremely reliable-- we have never had any issues with Monday and have had a great experience.

For us, we were working on managing our projects and it was incredibly helpful for us to see the timeline of tasks that needed to happen and keep our team accountable moving forward.
