I use monday.com to create invoices once projects are completed. I update the Finance and Project Boards with supporting data and files
- Update Invoices
- Monitor Expenses
- Validate Cost
- If I upload in finance it doesn't upload into project folder, so I have to add invoices in 2 spots.
- If they select Ready to Invoice in board not under assignment it doesn't hit finance board to invoice
- Helps with workflow
