Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
The business I work for uses monday.com to organize a variety of projects between different apparel companies. The versatility of monday.com allows us to keep our work flow easily understandable through customized charts based on our clients' needs. For example, some of our clients want raw goods and others need their items taken through the whole production process which leads to vastly different information needs. monday.com lets us customize our clients' boards to how far in the process they go and even create personalized dashboards for quick overviews of the week's incoming projects. From there, we can use the easy automation tools to make sure the right person is assigned to the project at the right time so they are only alerted when their task is coming up. Even the client interactions are easier since if they have a question related to a product they need to stay on top of, they can check out their board! Thanks to so many easy to use tools we're able to cut down on superfluous status meetings and updates to focus on keeping our clients happy with increased punctuality.

- Keep track of products throughout the manufacturing process
- Alert customers to errors before they become delays
- Keep projects organized
- I would like to be able to see statistics based for who's updating product entries to know if someone is the only one doing it
- I would like to be able to disable filters without having to reset all of them
- I would like the ability to see my last few actions and revert one or all of them just in case I send something to the wrong board
- We can avoid superfluous meetings to update team members and clients on projects
- Easily viewable deadlines helps employees prioritize their assignments
- Cut Tickets and Packing Slips are easier to make through exporting board items to Excel
monday.com does what it offers effectively, efficiently, and clearly. I have few issues with the program, but tons of praise. I have used the program for over 3 years and can only remember the service going down twice. Before I leave on Friday, I know that monday.com will be ready for me to log in and plan my next week.
