Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
monday.com is how I keep myself organized for all things onboarding. If I am onboarding a new customer I outline their onboarding process through monday.com and share with them their progress/who has attended a training session with me. I also use my monday.com boards to help time track how much time I've spent with each of my customers and store all of my implementation resources. In addition, when I'm onboarding someone internally, I outline their onboarding plan in monday.com. This keeps us very organized and allows me to assign tasks to my team internally to help with any of our new teammates.
- TIME TRACKING! My manager and I have clear access to see how much time I have spent onboarding all of my new customers.
- Sharing boards with external users
- Check list of tasks for onboarding plans
- Once you get used to the platform it's easy to use but a lot of my new teammates take some time to figure out how to build their own boards/where to find boards.
- I enjoy how easy it is to share boards with our customers and they can see all of my updates in live time
