Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We are using monday.com to manage a suite of 200+ projects, we used saleforce in the past and this has solve some of the limitations associated with salesforce.

  • Information storage
  • Cross board communication, getting information to pull to avoid double entry
  • Certainly cheaper to date versus salesforce
  • gained visibility to client use
Some items work really well. We have multiple projects with multiple brands. We want to see a dashboard of all open tasks, projects statuses and this has cost lots of time and money to get partially built.
No perceived downtime, occasional lag, or slow loading boards. But not a systemic issue.

I think monday.com is a great tool to house communication and show visibility. In my experience, it struggles being a true PM management tool, gant charts and task management can be a bit clunky.
