monday.com plays a pivotal role as one of our key tools. It serves as an essential platform for efficiently organizing our clients' portfolios and meticulously documenting all interactions with prospects and leads. The system's capabilities in generating comprehensive reports and facilitating data analytics are particularly advantageous, given its seamless capacity to transfer data to various other applications. The incorporation of automation features significantly enhances our team's organizational efficiency. Furthermore, the integration functionality proves to be invaluable, enabling streamlined processes and expediting tasks.
  • Allowing the users to customize the boards based on the company's needs
  • Allowing the users to automate functions to help the users monitor or track the activities done
  • Integration makes it easier for the users to interact with the prospects and leads
  • The quick search button is not immediately visible on the main page.
  • More efficient task completion, because of better tracking through monday.com, which saves us time, thus saves us money paid per hour to employees
The templates with automated features and integration are user-friendly. They are easy to understand and useful to the nature of our work.
Our company also has a dedicated person who interacts with the Customer Success Manager.
There were instances when the team is experiencing latency on the tool or sometimes the automation doesn't work. This of course affects the team's productivity negatively but we understand that there are systems maintenance from time to time.

Through this platform, we effortlessly identify required actions for each account, driven by the tags we've assigned to them.

This tool significantly enhances cross-departmental communication, as it allows us to pinpoint specific individuals or departments relevant to each task through tagging. The seamless collaboration it facilitates ensures smooth coordination across various teams.

Undoubtedly, monday.com holds a pivotal role within our company. As we manage a substantial portfolio comprising thousands of properties, it serves as an indispensable tool for meticulously overseeing interactions and maintaining accountability across the board.
