Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com across all departments in an agile environment. We use it for daily sprints marketing and well as CRM. We would be lost with out monday.com it has changed the way we work. We save many hours a week by using monday.com automations. The reporting is amazing and it is such a visual tool. The integrations work really well and it helps us centralize all our data.

Pros

  • Reporting is amazing its real time and we can customize the reports to pull what ever data we need.
  • Auomations help us automate our manual and day to day tasks saving us many hours
  • Tracking tasks and deadlines so we never miss anything and its ll in real time.
  • Integrations allow us to integrate monday.com into all our 3rd party apps and emil so we can work without leaving the platform

Cons

  • Allow us to purchase 3 licenses instead of 10 at a time
  • Additional security features on the Pro plan
  • More robust integrations
  • We not missing any info by doing this manually anymore
  • We saving money by automating alot of our proccesess
  • Our emloyees love the tool
Everything is pre built for you. It is a low code tool. It has built in recipes that allow me to do a few clicks and i can run my own automations, to be exact it allows me to build up my own automations. The integration are also all already pre built allowing almost a plug and play effect.
The suppport team is super responsive. The dedicated csm is always on and o answer any questions that we might have and to help us build out our workflows and processes.
the performance of monday.com has generally been good. We have had a few instances where the platform has been slow but most of the time it is very reliable. The overall experience has been very reliable and good and I would definitely recommend this platform to anyone who needs a PMO tool and needs a CRM

monday.com products are amazing. The CRM is word class and has changed the way we work. It also works well as a collaboration tool nd allows for easier communication between teams and really does break down information silios. The email activities tracker works really well but it would be better if the threshold could be increased. Sometimes the platform is slow.
