Our busy insurance practice has to manage policy renewals, endorsements, claims, new business opportunities and queries. We use monday.com to keep track of for all our business activities. Great program!
- the ability to collaborate and transfer tasks to other team members
- being able to include an item ID in our correspondence makes locating the task in monday.com easy
- saving correspondence to a task

- I would like to see the search block moved to the right as have to wait when moving between folders.
