Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Our busy insurance practice has to manage policy renewals, endorsements, claims, new business opportunities and queries. We use monday.com to keep track of for all our business activities. Great program!
  • the ability to collaborate and transfer tasks to other team members
  • being able to include an item ID in our correspondence makes locating the task in monday.com easy
  • saving correspondence to a task
  • diary for follow up
  • being able to use color & highlight.
  • I would like to see the search block moved to the right as have to wait when moving between folders.
  • Time saving
  • Less stress as tasks are not going to fall through the cracks.
  • Easy program to understand and use.
We looked at and tried several CRM programs before selecting monday.com for our business. Very happy with this program.
