Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use monday.com in our marketing and BD efforts to track individual marketing tasks and BD efforts. Since we aren't currently using a proper CRM system, we use monday.com to fill the gap and track all of our efforts in the pipeline and use it as a database of sorts for storing contact information.
- Flexible in letting you design boards the way you need them.
- You can move information from one board to another with little effort.
- Templates come in handy when you don't know where to start with a board.
- As a service that's meant to be all things for all people in all situations, it does things surprisingly well, however, if you need something more specific or want to do particular manipulations you might be better off with an Excel spreadsheet or a more task-specific application.
- monday.com is a quick, easy way to set up tracking things for projects. That's a good thing and a bad thing. Good, in that it is quick and easy. Bad in that people get too lazy to do anything beyond enter things in a monday.com board and don't want to go to the trouble of actually using a proper CRM system. That's more an internal problem, but again, monday.com is good for what it does but can't be all things to all people.
We have never had an outage with monday.com that I have been award of.
