Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I was introduced to Monday.com on a Youtube advertisement and needed a similar software to manage the load of projects and team. After using it for a while, it just seemed easy, as if I knew the software already.
It helped us keep track of our projects and deadlines, and decreased our errors.

I just felt as if I already new the software, even though I have never used it before.
I have never tried the customer support.
Loading times are fast. We have never encountered any situation that forced us to contact customer support.
