Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use it for Project/task management. Each team uses it in a different capacity, but every single department does use it. We create boards for each topic and assign users based on their role in the project. It helps us keep track of onboarding and offboarding tasks, Research and Software projects, etc.

I have never had many issues with monday.com being unavailable or not being able to access it as needed. With that in mind, we don't have any downtime in terms of not being able to manage workflows and tasks/projects.
