monday.com is used as a CRM and tracking system for our company. The problems it solves are being able to see our information all in one place. monday.com also organizes projects and information across the company with ease. The scope of our use case is being able to track and automate communication and to properly document everything in real time. We are also looking into adopting the create your own app feature.

My overall experience has been great. We moved our entire business from Google Sheets over and I feel like we get 3 hours of our day back. monday.com has shaped our business where we do not need additional software to operate other than payroll. My manager is able to track and see our pain points and address them accordingly.
monday.com molds to your business and tracks the information only you want to see. Other platforms I worked with they have a standard format and you cannot manipulate the data very easily. The other platforms aren't user friendly they are more for developers and not users. monday.com caters to the user and easy to navigate through.
