Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Day-to-day project management operations and resource management of people assigned to certain tasks and the status of that task

  • Cost is very high for small companies who utilize this software
  • "New" features haven't made up for this increased cost and seem to have minimal to no impact
  • Time/task management has been great

Very intuitive and easy to use for first-time users. The templates and color coding help immensely and make it very easy to track and differentiate categories of tasks
Has not been great - customer support seems to be automated these days and it is difficult to get specific account support/help. Long wait times and very frustrating to resolve anything
No complaints, has been very reliable for our purposes.
I actually prefer Salesforce because it is more customizable and has better integrations for day-to-day asset and task tracking. However, I do like the Gantt chart feature with Monday and have a hard time finding a better alternative.

Monday is a great project management tool to assign resources for tasks and convert to Gantt charts to more accurately share data and create dashboards for upper mgmt
