Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Monday helps me manage and track my clients. I primarily use Monday to keep a historical record of optimizations and changes made for my clients. I also keep tabs on the time spent on each client so, this allows me to prioritize better. I'm also collaborating with different teams and love that I can communicate via email or by tagging others in a conversation.

I think Monday does a great job in its usability and it's easy to learn without needing help from support or documentation. Anyone can learn Monday. I think where I need to see improvement is the AI recommendations; I don't find them useful today. I would also like to see more recommended automation that helps our business.

I haven't experienced a CSM on account; however, my Senior colleagues may have in the past.

Reliability & Availability

No issues from any downtime. I usually can rely on emails to push updates later on if the site is down. This is a huge benefit when it comes to my productivity.

Jira Service Management and Basecamp

Jira can be complicated to setup, but offers the most versatility. Basecamp is simple to use; however, doesn't provide everything a team or many teams may need. Monday fits in the middle and is easy to use and versatile.

Monday is well suited for project management. I have used Jira and Basecamp in the past and they are either too complicated or lack features. Monday fits right in the middle on ease of use. I enjoy being able to create boards and different tables; however, I would like to see reporting to be like Jira.
