we use monday.com for different purposes: to assign tasks and give the deadlines, to have an updates and to collaborate with the teammates easily and quickly. the option of the follow-ups and automation notifications gives us opportunity not to overlook and miss anything. it is also very good tool to monitor the tasks and projects, if they're done or not.

It performs very well and never disappoints me, however, sometimes it shuts down and isn't responsive, which is quickly addressed and restored. It hasn't caused any inconveniences so far.
