Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My department (marketing) manages strategies across three different brands for our organization, each with several sub-departments, and multiple locations. In order for my team to effectively carry out our strategies and implement a variety of tasks, it's important that we organize and manage our projects well. Monday has allowed us to do that over the years with different boards and structures. Though we primarily use Monday for our marketing department, we have begun to slowly implement it in other departments, like HR and Billing.

We use Monday to manage a multitude of projects, but one primary scenario is for managing our strategic planning for the year. We input all of our big objectives for the entire year and then use the subitem feature to outline all the tasks that must be completed towards achieving that objective. Another scenario is content planning. We have a board for planning our social media content for each quarter, in which we track each step of the creation process to ensure we are completing each portion.

Monday's not so bad after all! Great product!
