Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM
monday CRM allows us to keep track of potential customers and create a pipeline of interactions so we can keep on top of who has been contacted and where we are on the sales pipeline. It has resulted in more conversions and less staff time wasted trying to determine where we are with the customer.

monday CRM was much more customisable and flexible for our needs. We could use monday CRM to enhance what we do but Zendesk basically wanted us to change how we work to their style which is not what we wanted. I also found zendesk to be extremely expensive for what you were getting.
