Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

monday sales CRM allows us to keep track of potential customers and create a pipeline of interactions so we can keep on top of who has been contacted and where we are on the sales pipeline. It has resulted in more conversions and less staff time wasted trying to determine where we are with the customer.

monday sales CRM was much more customisable and flexible for our needs. We could use monday sales CRM to enhance what we do but Zendesk basically wanted us to change how we work to their style which is not what we wanted. I also found zendesk to be extremely expensive for what you were getting.

monday sales CRM has allowed me to track potential customers in the sales pipeline. We can designate set steps that staff must follow and a timetable and this sales pipeline has resulted in more sale conversions and less staff time, making how customer acquisition more effective. It has also allowed us to share large amounts of data/information with staff who might be working from home and therefore not able to collaborate in person.

We only ever needed to us the FAQs and quick google searches as everything we needed to do was very straightforward and intuitive to do. We found the simple and easy design and interface helped prevent having any issues. A colleague did need to reach out for help and stated that it was quick and useful.

Using monday sales CRM

monday sales CRM is very easy to set up and customise to your needs. The boards and pages are intuitive to set up and any member can do it with minimal training so onboarding the staff happened very quickly. The help provided is also excellent whenever we were unsure about how to do something.
