Overall Satisfaction with Monetate

We use Kibo Monetate as a personalization, A/B testing, and recommendation. Every day we test a lot of variables to improve our results over the internet, seeking to provide the best experience to every customer that gets in touch with our brand; it's a powerful solution to remove any road blockers.

We have a weekly meeting with our CSM on Monetate, it's very transparent and easy to deal with. All the doubts are treated in a priority queue, and it's very easy to describe our needs and have it done fast. All the challenges are accepted by the Monetate support team.
It's very simple to deal with the customer service team, they are very helpful everytime we get in touch. They are always trying to bring more new features to be implemented in our environment, bringing a very good experience for those who use the platform. They all are very kind.
The platform is user friendly, with a clear vision for each menu and what are the function activated by them. We need some time to explore everything that the platform provides, there are a lot of possibilities. The integrate is not easy, it's necessary to develop the code to integrate with another platforms.
