Overall Satisfaction with Motive

We installed the Motive hardware in our truck and the main purpose of the tool is to track our truck and for ELD compliance. We also use it to calculate the miles travelled in each state to pay our taxes and also get timely updates when a safety issues occurs on the road such as hard breaking or speeding.

They have always been quick to respond and resolve issues
As our business grows, I can see Motive being of great benefit to track the entire platform on one application. I would like Motive to reach out to its long term users and take suggestion to improve the platform even more. This will ensure that we all benefit from using this tool

Motive is well suited to track your trucks location and for ELD compliance. It tracks a lot of data that can be used to understand a lot of business metrics and help make decision to lead to profitability The reports that it generates are Ok. But, there is lots of scope of improvement there. It needs some more work on making the mobile application have similar features that we get on the website application.
