Net-So-Sweet ...sometimes

I believe the UI is not intuitive and finding things can be very difficult. In my opinion, integration with NetSuite ERP can be a trudge until you know it well. It is very easy to over customize your implementation and make it very difficult to maintain.

Support has always done the best they could for our situation. They generally do a good job of at least pointing in the right direction and usually are able to do it in a timely manner.

I gave it a seven because it can be very helpful. Everything in your business can be in one place, which gives you one solid place for data. That data purity can be a huge advantage because everyone sees the same info. It can be easily updated and immediately visible across the platform. Some negatives are the niche use cases of some tools that make them useless for most users, in my opinion. In my opinion, support is not great, especially as you get a more complex implementation as there is just too much going on for people on the outside to quickly help.
