Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
When I first started my agency, I was using land lines and had to deal with customers not being able to reach me when the needed me most. Once I switched to Nextiva Business Phone Service my business has skyrocketed with customer service because my customers can now call or text me when ever they need to because the calls and text go to the Nextiva Business Phone Service app in my phone. I won't go anywhere else!
