Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

Originally as a startup, we operated 100% off our cell phones, which obviously welcomes all types of issues. Lack of an office line signaled a lack in professionalism, as well as constant signal issues when we'd have to repeat ourselves, or calls would get dropped. It was a nightmare, but we were a small company, and the large phone providers were too expensive.

First off, Nextiva's service is reasonably priced. I've had the service for a number of years now, and I haven't experienced any difficulties or issues in daily usage. Their mobile and desktop apps are particularly helpful in times when you are on the road and don't have your desktop phone. I cannot speak highly enough about them.
