We use Nextiva for all our phone services, both inter-store and for outgoing calls with customers. The service allows us to answer multiple calls and transfer to different sections with ease as well as a robust messaging system that transcribes calls.

Our office switched because we needed more phone lines to be available and we needed those lines to all be active simultaneously. We also switched from a voicemail system to Nextiva's automatically transcribed email messages.
