Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We use Nextiva for all our phone services, both inter-store and for outgoing calls with customers. The service allows us to answer multiple calls and transfer to different sections with ease as well as a robust messaging system that transcribes calls.

  • Call waiting allows for managing busy times while still offering customers attentive service
Our office switched because we needed more phone lines to be available and we needed those lines to all be active simultaneously. We also switched from a voicemail system to Nextiva's automatically transcribed email messages.

In our case, Nextiva has excelled in handling incoming customer calls, which is the bulk of our particular use case. It is absolutely well suited for managing multiple phone lines in the same building, which we require, and making it relatively easy to transfer calls, or park them for someone to attend when available.

I would imagine in a case where a single phone was only necessary, it wouldn't be an ideal case, as this system seems to function best with multiple points.
