Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

My company recently switched from another phone provider to Nextiva. The experience thus far has been much better than our prior service. During the changeover, they were patient and understanding with us during the change and worked at our pace. Customer service is quick to respond and very helpful. If I need assistance, they will walk me through it and email me videos or instructions on how to do it, if I ever need to do it again.
