Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We recently adopted a remote situation and wanted to have a smooth transition for our staff. That meant implementing a new phone system. Nextiva has done a great job of being implemented however, we do have some small bug errors. We use it daily to reach our members and make phone calls to contacts.
- Ease of phone tree set up and editing

- Better app troubleshooting. I have had different difficulties that have not been addressed.

- Ability to delete phone messages on the app
- Being able to make timely calls
- Being able to receive calls to the correct person to return the call
- Makes sure we remain accessible
This is our first app phone. We have never used another service other than desk phones. Nextiva does a great job of letting their users change the flow or make updates themselves.
