Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
Our entire company uses Nextiva Business Phone Service as our phone service for our entire organization. We are able to utilize the soft phone feature during business travel, and the hard phone option when in the office or home office. The messaging capability has also been great for us to be able to collaborate or follow-up on internal voice mail messages.
- Sending voice mail directly to email
- Customer Service responses are always followed up on well
- Giving mobile phone access options when on the road traveling for business
- Sometimes the service just drops in the middle of a call
- I don't like that the simplest way to delete a voice mail is through the app on the computer
- Providing a short weekly email with FAQs or tips/tricks to help the user get the most out of their Nextiva Business Phone Service experience would be great! Add value!
