Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
I bought an engineering business a few years ago and they had a legacy telephone system with comcast. We had one remote engineer that did not want to return after COVID but being a valued member of the organization we wanted to keep him. Also, I had other businesses and needed to work remotely also. After the acquisition I had 30 days to vacate the premises and move to a new office. I immediately started to look for a VOIP alternative to accommodate remote work and that was priced competitively, after looking at the prices and the reviews of the different alternatives I chose Nextiva due to their pricing and good reviews.
- Technical Support
- Phones and ease of use.
- Great app.
- Would love to see forwarding calls to cell phone with caller id from the office without using the app. You can forward calls without using the app but will not tell you if it’s a forwarded call or not.
- email forwarding of voice messages has been game changing. Our PM can respond even if they are not at the office and call back our clients. Sometimes, time is very critical because there are construction field questions that need a solution in order to continue to work
Price is more competitive and it had just the right amount of services that I needed. Ringcentral had a few more features but they were not really usefull for our use case.
