Overall Satisfaction with NICE CXone

We use CXOne for Social media community management. With this tool we can see how many inbounds and outbounds we have, on what channel and take a look into our customers communication.

With custom dashboards we see how our agents work in realtime and how fast they communicate with clients that need almost immediate interaction and how fast they close whole communication.

We also look at efficiency our agents have and maybe which Social media channel suited them the most.
Managers and also agents are really satisfied with tool we use. Everybody use specific usability - agents performance, customer satisfaction, dashboards;.. we know that CXOne has a lot of possibilities for us to improve, but currently we use it as a MVP solution and we will see what future bring to us.
There are plenty of possibilities in reporting. It is almost neccessary to look with somebody from CXOne into initial setup and do the best data output company needs. There are lot of know-how from CXOne and lot of KPIs clients have, and the best way is to share it through whole clients journey

CXOne is suited for almost every task in Social média community management we have. I believe that in the future we will use for omnichannel customer care solution.
