It is being used by the whole organization, no problems since now, Our company is dedicated to telemarketing, we have life insurance, cars insurance, medicare, etc. Since the change to NICE CXone, it's been easier for us, since we don't need VPN to connect, 10/10 for your application because it gives us a lot.

I would love if it would have some notes that you could create or even make your personalized scripts, or even create your own contacts because our company needs to call specific customers, nice has made our life easier, can't be happier.
Yes - VPN, Forticlient. Car, stars, mail, uptime, and I don't know what else, we had a lot of problems with VPN and connection but now it's cool. Join loc, Felix, almond, but most of the time programs that I didn't even know, apps that were created by an IT guy.
