Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Process Platform

We use Nintex Platform to manage all the different activity of our clients.
It depends on the client we prepare some workflows or several actions to process the data they generate.
With all these data, they may manage different scenarios to process it and prepare reports for the direction or counsil.

The platform is very usable although the price is expensive when we need to raise the number of workflows at the cloud.
When we are using Nintex Platform in our environment we manage better the number of workflows.
It has a lot of functions to manage the information and it is very intuitive.
At this moment we integrate Nintex Process Platform with our SharePoint environment to process all our client data.
We use different options to enter the information: one of them it is manual, to enter the information by rows; other option is that we implement an excel integration to enter the data, so it is easier.
It is very important to integrate Nintex Process Platform with our environment tools because we have all the information there, so it is easier to access and process it with Nintex Platform.
We started with Nintex Worklow some years ago.
We see the benefits of automating workflows to process the data and that issue increment then business because we were able to process great blocks of data with almost a little effort, so the benefits were obvious.
After that we tested some other Nintex applications.

It is very hard to deploy different scenarios but similar to every client.
With this platform we can use several workflows for different clients only modifying some things in them.
It is very useful for us and we are able to accelerate the number of workflows we can manage at a time.

Using Nintex Process Platform

90 - The people who use the Nintex Process Platform are from tax business functions.
They tell us what they need and we prepare the workflows and the data structure for them to use them.
5 - We are 5 people to process all the information via Nintex Process Platform.
We develop the workflows as the client ask us for.
We are a little team but all of us know how to develop a workflow, even the most of us are able to develop complex workflows and structure information.

WE needed to process a lot of data and we were searching for an app that would be able to process these data through several workflows and other features that Nintex had.
So the process were very ease because when we saw the features and we were able to generate some workflows with out effort, we decided inmediately.

The support team works as fast as they can and they are usually fast to solver the issues.
Sometimes they need more time to solve one of them because our workflows and so on are more complex than usual clients.

We work face to the client, so we need that the support were effective and fast.
We purchase the premium support to get solved our issued in the less time as it is possible.
Sometimes we think that the price is expensive but at this moment we need this type of support.
One time ago we have a very rare issue that we are not able to solve it.
The support team needed more time than usual to solve it but they found that we have a very strange loop in one of our complex workflows.
It seems that the workflow works right but sometimes it failed, and the reason was that and it was very unusual.
