Overall Satisfaction with Notion
I use Notion to organize my company notes as well as ongoing project tasks. I am the sole user/department. Notion helps me to track all of my notes in one easy place.
- General organization.
- Easily changing a word/section into a new note for more details.
- Creating tables with custom data functions.
- Sometimes the data functions are difficult to get working.
- Wish there was an option for folders to better organized.
- Formatting does not work well when using copy/paste or exporting to another type of file or document.
- I have spent a bit of time trying to get some table functions to work, and in some cases, never figured it out.
- Being able to quickly find a specific note.
- Having a project management system that will automatically reorder tasks based on status, priority, etc. has been positive.
Notion has many more features and ways to connect and organize notes. You also are not just limited to 2 devices on the free level.
