Overall Satisfaction with Notion
Notion is being used in many ways in my daily workflow. Including but not limited to project tracking, research, resourcing, issue resolution and notes. It has provide a centralized workspace and dashboard for workflow items. Features such as task tracking and relational databases are a strong suite of Notion that make it a go to application.
- Relational databases.
- Web clipping.
- Easy page and content formatting.
- Embedded code pens, gists, videos and more.
- Public API.
- Free tier often adequate.
- ROI in time spent.
- More integrations would enhance.
I have replaced Evernote use with Notion. Evernote became just a place to shuffle resources to essentially read later, however products like Pocket have replaced that as well. Inclusion of the database approach from Notion far exceeds what Evernote offered. Evernote was good at keeping notes, but good portion of notes in my workflow are temporary and easy delete or archive.
