Overall Satisfaction with NoviSign
Our main use case with NoviSign is to put up digital banners on our retail websites. With NoviSign it has become so much easier to create rich and creative product content. The default templates are so rich and there are many different options available too. We can easily create our own screen or choose from the given templates. Our major scope with NoviSign is to create interactable content for our users. The video recording is also available in 4K which is a big bonus.
- Wide variety of available templates
- Centralized Media Center to store all images and videos
- Visually appealing reports and dashboards
- When working on any other browser other than Chrome, it lags a bit
- Very minimal menus are available on the home screen (Creatives, Playlists, Screens)
- Help documentation is not available which makes understanding the platform a little tough
- 4K video recording
- Drag and drop facility while creating templates
- Detailed dashboards and reports
- Through NoviSign we have been able to create banners much quicker. So it has improved working efficiency
- The screen monitoring reports have helped us gain better insights into customer behaviour
- Connecting with our customers has been made much easier thereby improving their overall satisfaction
