Overall Satisfaction with NUVI
My primary clients are publishers and authors, who seek to understand the conversations centered around books and writing/reading. The biggest benefit I was able to bring was to be able to show clients how their key competitors were leveraging social media, which helped my clients establish best practices and new ways of thinking about their time on social media.
Pros
- Social Media Conversation tracking - thorough and solid reporting
- Influencer Tracking - a key metric and surprisingly useful
- Customer Service - my client representative Brandi blew the doors off! Every time I needed her, she was responsive and creative with solutions
Cons
- Accurately identifying targets who share the same name, but are different entities.
- More thorough Facebook reporting
- More customized reports
- The client was entirely thrilled with the amount of data, and it stimulated conversation about social media. Win!
