Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use ON24 as our go to online solution for virtual events. We have used it with clients and as a means to launch our editorial products. It has enabled us to generate a constant revenue stream and to host events with some of the leading brands in Latin America.
- ON24 seems to be continually improving. New features come out every few months.
- The ease of use has also improved. We find that guest speakers are easily able to navigate the platform.
- Analytics. The easily generated reports are well received by our partners.
- Some improvements still need to be made to the landing pages. I would like more customization options and marketing tools.
- ON24 has easily enabled us to generate 500k in revenues over the past 12 months. More than 60,000 people have attended our events on the platform.

We were ON24 users before the pandemic. In April of last year we upgraded our services with them to enable us to increase the size and scale of our online events. This proved to be a wise decision as we were positioned ahead of the competition in terms of online event solutions. We quickly developed virtual versions of all our physical events.
We have evaluated Swapcard, Splash, Hopin, Zoom and Webex events. As we were already ON24 clients prior to the explosion of online events we have been happy to remain so.
A main point has been the pricing, their model is far more easier to manage than the pay per audience member models of some of the competition.
