Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We use OneCause to manage an online auction and guest registration for our biggest fundraiser of the year. The fundraising department and main office utilize the software. It helps us with our organization and user experience during the event, which about 150-200 guests attend. The software helps guests find their tables, make donations, place online bids, and check out at the end of the evening.

OneCause is great for fundraising events that feature auctions and donor appeals. With a few software modifications, such as allowing for monthly giving options, I think the product would be perfect. It is not suited to be used as a donor management/communications tool.
