Overall Satisfaction with OneCause
We use One Cause to manage our annual fundraising event.
- Easy access to bidding for guests
- Event reporting is amazing
- Platform is flexible
- Event set-up is easy
- Terrific customer support
- As a school we wish categories were more flexible (e.g., fixed priced items being able to blend in with silent auction items)
- Because we tend to offer 'repeats' of items from year to year, wish there was an easier way to 'copy and paste' item information
- The auction software has cut down on the amount of time we have to manage the event on the day of and after checkout. This is great because volunteers tend to disappear when the event is over leaving an even smaller team to close out etc.
- We did use the OneCause program for online giving once this year and it could not be effectively deployed because we did not have the component necessary to text out to donors - had we known/understood that this was an additional spend, not sure we would have gotten involved. This was separate from the auction software - which was great and as advertised.
