Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We use OneCause for our virtual and in-person events. OneCause mobile bidding helps with the ease of coordinating events and is user-friendly.
  • It has great customer support.
  • Platform is user-friendly.
  • It has informative and educational webinars.
  • I would like larger pictures for auction items.
  • Some functionalities are difficult to locate, i.e. how to set a goal on the thermostat.
  • It would be nice to be able to click on numbers in the Planner Summary on the Home page, i.e. under Auction Activity "# of Donations", it would bring up who donated and the dollar amount, under Supporters "# of Attendees"/"# of VIPs", under Proceeds "Silent Auction", etc...
  • When setting up packages, I would like to be able to delete unused Categories.
  • It makes planning an event seamless.
  • The timeline of tasks is very helpful.
  • I really appreciate the ease for past attendees who have registered a credit card to immediately start bidding.
It is sometimes confusing for those who haven't registered a credit card to figure out how to do that.
Support is amazing. It would be nice to have more help with DIY events.
