Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

One Cause is used for special events and fundraising to streamline and simplify the user experience. Previous databases were not intuitive for internal and external users, compounding staff time and frustrating others.

  • The on sight support is extremely helpful as insurance for a smooth event
  • Donations from peer-to-peer tripled when in one year after switching to OneCause
  • Staff times was reduced by a third for data input for auctions
Some things can be complicated to find, but overall usually it is intuitive to use. The addition of "One Cause U" helps for quick virtual help.
We used a success manager for each gala and it truly helped to keep everything running smoothly. To have a professional audit your site is extremely valuable.
