Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We use OneCause for ticket sales to our Gala and silent auction management. The software is easy to learn and we even have parent volunteers who work in it to help us set up everything.

  • On-site OneCause representative for the night of the auction is very helpful
Our parent volunteers (who change from year to year) were able to jump in and navigate the software easily with little to no training.
The support team would get back to me so quickly with a solution for any of my problems. I knew that I could always count on a timely and helpful response.
I would say they are pretty similar. I think OneCause is a bit more user friendly though.

OneCause made our life much easier when it comes to event management and silent auction payments. It was a great tool for our internal team and parent volunteer team to stay on track and on the same page. It was very easy to fix data if there was a mistake made and I really appreciated the support team that was quick to getting back to me if I had a question.

We had a direct OneCause representative that did regular check-ins to make sure our event was on track. This same person was also at our event physically to make sure everything ran smoothly.
Yes - There was a glitch was some of our package information not displaying correctly but it got solved within 24 hours of us reporting it to the support team
