Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

The organizations I work for uses OneCause annually for our silent auction. There aren’t any business problems that I can list. OneCause provides great customer service and support.

My first time using this system was great. After my first call with OneCause, I felt confident navigating the site. Everything is well labeled and pretty straight forward.
Amazing! One time I couldn’t remember how to make my event live. I called customer support and they helped me right away.
OneCause is the only auction platform we’ve used and it’s been a great experience. Based off research, OneCause is the leading fundraising platform.

Supportive one on one calls, on site support is amazing during our event and super helpful. I love that each project manager I’ve worked with thoroughly checks the site to be sure I haven’t missed anything. After years of using OneCause, sometimes I still may forget a tiny detail. So it’s greatly appreciated.
