Overall Satisfaction with OnPage

OnPage has helped my company with their on-call overnight when the Pharmacy is not open. Their program is very user-friendly and very helpful. They send us messages through an app platform that sends us a text with the message so we do not have to speak to anyone.

  • Sending us messages to inform us of our messages
  • I believe that this program is very user-friendly and does not need many improvements
  • We receive text messages as alerts for the messages from the patients
  • Simple and user friendly system
  • Easy system to use for folks who are not so tech savy
  • Great text message system you do not have to speak to anyone to get your messages

OnPage is very well suited when it comes to making sure patients are answered. If we do not answer our pages sent to us in a timely fashion they will call us to make sure that we received the page to ensure that our patients are well taken care of.
